Stale & SLA
Time in status as numbers, stale alerts, SLA escalations
- Time in status: Days in current status, Days since last activity and a total per status, written into numbers columns from the board's activity log, so you can sort, sum and chart them.
- Stale items: a threshold per board, and an automation trigger when an item has had no activity for that many days.
- SLA targets per status: at risk once 80% of the target is used, breached after it, with escalation steps that notify a people column.
- Working days: each board can count only its own work days, working hours and holidays.
